The Governing Council has approved the decree that determines the calendar of labour holidays in Andalusia for 2022, which establishes twelve national and regional holidays. Each municipality can add a further two local days to these twelve days.
In relation to the holidays corresponding to May 1st, Labour Day, and December 25, Day of the Nativity of the Lord, which fall on Sundays, they are moved to the Monday immediately after, that is, May 2nd and December 26th, respectively.
The holiday dates for Andalucía in 2022 are:
Saturday, January 1st, New Year; Thursday, January 6th, Epiphany; Monday, February 28th, Andalucía Day ; April 14th, Holy Thursday; April 15th, Good Friday; Monday, May 2nd, Labor Day (in lieu); Monday August 15th, Assumption Day; Wednesday October 12th, National Day of Spain; Tuesday, November 1st, All Saints; Tuesday, December 6th, Day of the Spanish Constitution; Thursday December 8th, Day of the Immaculate Conception; Monday, December 26th, Christmas Day (in lieu).
