As per the RBI calendar, there are five weekday holidays and two regional festival-based Saturday holidays in July.
Additionally, banks will be closed on the second and fourth Saturdays, as well as all Sundays. Thus, the total number of holidays this month is 13.
Bank holidays issued under RBI’s Negotiable Instruments Act have not been issued for across the country and may vary from region to region.
