February 2021 is a relatively quiet month in terms of bank holidays. The only widely observed holiday is Guru Ravidas Jayanti, which falls on Saturday February 27th, the fourth Saturday in February.
As usual, Banks are also shut on Second Saturday, Fourth Saturday and Sundays.
Apart from that, it is worth noting that some banks in a few states will observe regional holidays. They include State Days in Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram, Lui-Ngai-Ni in Manipur, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti in Maharashtra and Losar in Sikkim.
