Mauritius announces the public holidays for 2021

On June 30th 2020, the Mauritius Government approved and announced the list of public holidays for 2021.

Citizens of this island nation in the Indian Ocean will enjoy 15 days of public holidays next year. Of these, four will fall on a Saturday.

Despite this, people can plan ahead for six long weekends, and there are enough Tuesday and Thursday holidays that be turned into extra-long weekends with the smart use of holiday vacation days.
